Program Structure

Core Framework

๐Ÿ“‹ Mentee-Mentor Matching

Each mentee is assigned one mentor (1:1 relationship)

๐Ÿ“– Bible Character Study

Each mentee chooses one Bible character to study throughout all 8 weeks

๐Ÿค Accountability Squad

Mentees are placed in accountability groups of 4 for peer support

โฑ๏ธ Weekly Commitment

Minimum 1 hour per week with mentor + Monday check-ins

Weekly Meeting Flow

1.Open in Prayer (2-3 minutes)

2.Life Check-in (5 minutes) - How are they really doing?

3.Weekly Conversation (30-40 minutes) - Work through the weekly questions

4.Proclamation (5 minutes) - Speak the weekly affirmation aloud together

5.Prayer Requests & Prayer (10 minutes) - Ask specific prayer needs

8-Week Identity Arc

Week 1: Origin โ€” God knew you before the world named you

Week 2: Design โ€” You were crafted with intention

Week 3: Belonging โ€” Identity rooted in relationship with God

Week 4: Purpose โ€” Identity leads to calling (Midpoint mentor meeting)

Week 5: Character โ€” Private holiness shapes public testimony

Week 6: Redemption โ€” Past wounds don't define your future

Week 7: Community โ€” Identity is personal and corporate

Week 8: Commission โ€” Now walk in it

Monday Check-Ins

Every Monday of the program (except holidays), mentors reach out to their mentees with a brief touchpoint:

  • โ€ข Quick text, voice message, or call
  • โ€ข Share one word of encouragement
  • โ€ข Confirm the weekly meeting is still on
  • โ€ข Can be as short as 2-3 minutes
