Why This Program
The Challenge
Many youth are forming their identity in a noisy, confusing culture. Confusion about purpose, belonging, and personal value is increasing at a rate we've never seen before. Social media offers false belonging. Peer pressure offers false acceptance. Success culture offers false worth.
The Opportunity
The church has a sacred mandate to disciple the next generation. Not just to run activities or entertain them, but to help them know who they are in Christ and walk confidently from that foundation.
Age 13-25 is a critical season. Identity choices made during these years shape destiny. A young person rooted in Christ's identity can navigate every challenge ahead.
Our Vision
This 8-week program creates intentional, strategic relationships between mentors and youth. It's not a class — it's discipleship. It's not surface-level — it goes deep into identity formation.
We believe this generation is chosen. Set apart. Called to shine for Christ.
Theme Verse: 1 Peter 2:9
"But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light."
This verse gives both identity (who you are) and assignment (what you're called to do). Our program helps youth receive both.
